About me

Hey! This is one of my personal blogs, and my name is Catalina. I studied Food Engineering at the University of „Stefan cel Mare” in Suceava. I am currently working as a brand coordinator for the Loyalist with an amazing team.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going out with friends, and being conscious and interested in the unknown of ordinary moments. I believe in freedom, spiritual and physical integrity, honesty, and happiness.

I like going crazy in stressful situations and pushing my limits, even if it means stepping outside my comfort zone. I think that we are gifted and unique and that we should not ignore our destiny by avoiding our fears. Emerson said that „To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

Katherine’s Blog began with an inexpressible yearning to write. Small writings of Romanian literature and language instilled a strong desire to write. I haven’t always been good at expressing myself, but I’ve always found a way to do so by expressing my thoughts on paper, later online via WordPress.

      Since my name is Catalina, Katherine sounded more relatable, especially because I’m writing in both Romanian and English. It was a momentary idea that evolved into a years-long process of my blog name.

      1. Hey Katherine! I guess Catalina and Katherine are very similar alright, so it does make sense. As you know I write a mystery story series and I am always on the lookout for new names to use for different characters that show up in the story, such as now a young woman needs a new identity which means a new name. Would you mind if I used Catalina for her? I think it is such a nice name and would be great for her. She is a good person in the story, not a criminal in case you are wondering. Don’t feel bad if you want to say no, that is perfectly okay, I won’t be offended.😊😸🕵️‍♂️

I already had this planned, just didn’t have the right name for her, nothing seemed to fit until I saw Catalina and I said, that’s perfect!😃🕵️‍♂️
