Reteta snitele crocante preparate acasa/

Buna dragii mei! Datorita faptului ca in ultima vreme timpul e mai bland cu mine si ma lasa sa mai deprind ceva activitati in caldura casei, am revenit la gatit.

Astazi va voi prezenta o reteta de snitele crocante, delicioase preparate acasa.

Ingrediente:

  • Pulpe dezosate de pui;
  • 2 oua;
  • lapte;
  • faina de grau;
  • cereale de porumb;
  • praf de usturoi;
  • piper;
  • sare;
  • boia;

Mod de preparare

Pentru inceput, scoatem pulpele de pui din ambalaj (eu am folosit din comert, dezosate), le taiem din cutit in doua bucati egale si le batem cu ciocanul de lemn.

In prealabil intr-un bol amestecam doua oua cu un praf de sare si putin lapte. Toate aceste ingrediente se bat foarte bine.

Faina prin care se va trece snitelul o amestecam cu sare, piper si boia dulce.

Cerealele din porumb le sfaramam usor cu mana.

Luam o bucatica din pulpa de pui batuta si o trecem prin mixul de faina preparat anterior, o trecem prin ou si apoi prin cerealele de porumb.

Snitelul preparat il introducem intr-o tigaie cu ulei incalzit.

Snitelele se gatesc la foc mediu. Dupa prajire se trec intr-un bol cu servetel pentru a absorbi uleiul in exces.

La final, snitelele pot fi servite, dupa preferinta, langa un piure gustos si castraveciori murati.

Hello my dears! Due to the fact that lately the time is softer with me and it allows me to do some activities in the warmth of the house, I went back to cooking.

Today I will present you a recipe of crunchy, delicious home-made schnitzel.

Ingredients:

– deboned chicken legs;
– 2 eggs;
– milk;
– wheat flour;
– corn cereals;
– garlic powder;
– pepper;
– salt;
– paprika;

Method of preparation

For starters, we remove the chicken legs from the pack (I used from commerce, deboned), cut them out in two equal pieces and beat them with the wooden hammer.

Beforehand, in a bowl I mix two eggs with a pinch of salt and a little milk. All of these ingredients mix really good.

The flour by which the schnitzel it is passed will mix with salt, pepper and sweet pepper.

Corn grain can be easily broken by hand.

We take the beaten pulp and pass it through the previously prepared flour mix, we pass it through the egg mix and then through the corn grain.

The prepared schnitzel is then placed in a pan with heated oil.
Schnitzels cook at medium heat. After frying, pass them into a bowl with a tissue to absorb the excess oil.

Finally, schnitzels can be served, if desired, next to tasty mash potatoes and pickled gherkins.
