Suntem oameni, supravietuim datorita mancarii, suntem nevoiti sa ne bazam pe aceasta ca pe un factor determinant al vietii noastre. Este foarte important sa stim sa ne alimentam corespunzator, cu hrana potrivita pentru nevoile organismului nostru.

Inca din copilarie gustam nutreturi, ce vin in diferite forme: in primii ani de viata suntem alimentati cu laptele matern ce apoi este substituit cu piure-uri, mancaruri moi diverse ca mai apoi sa trecem la mancarea obisnuita.

Ne sunt interzise dulciurile in cantitati mari si suntem incurajati sa consumam legume si fructe, mancaruri pe baza de carne, supe si asa mai departe.

Alimentele interzise sunt cele mai tentante si de foarte multe ori, sa recunoastem am cazut in plasa dulceturilor, mancand pe furis bomboane, deserturi ce ne-au crescut nivelul de zahar din sange si care ne-au modificat comportamentul vizibil.

Dar oare dupa procesul de crestere si maturizare renuntam la acest apetit? Raspunsurile difera si sunt vizibile in fiecare dintre noi, zilnic:

  • Sunt persoane care au dus mai departe aceasta pofta si au devenit experti in domeniu, bucatari renumiti;
  • Sunt persoane supraponderale ce nu isi pot controla apetitul nici in ziua de astazi si cad prada alimentelor din ce in ce mai aditivate;
  • La cealalta extrema se afla persoanele care au dorit sa scape de pofta mancarii si a kilogramelor in plus care au slabit extrem de mult, si considera mancarea un dusman feroce;
  • Exista persoanele a caror metabolism functioneaza in favoarea lor si oricat ar manca nu depun kg, bucurandu-se in continuare de varietatea alimentelor;
  • Exista persoane ca mine :-), care isi controleaza meniurile si variaza alimentele pentru un stil de viata sanatos si pentru a nu depune kilograme in plus.

Exemple sunt nenumarate, situatii sunt infinite. Ramane la alegerea noastra ce alimente adaugam in meniul zilnic si in care situatie dorim sa ne incadram. Important este sa alegem corect pentru a putea duce o viata linistita si sanatoasa alaturi de cei dragi.

We are human, we survive because of food, we have to rely on it as a determining factor of our lives. It is very important to know how to feed ourselves properly with the right food for the needs of our body.

Since childhood, we have been eating foods that come in different forms: in the first years of our lives we are fed with breast milk, which is then replaced with purees, various soft foods, and then we switch to regular food.

We are banned from sweets in large quantities and we are encouraged to eat vegetables and fruits, meat based meals, soups and so on.

The forbidden foods are the most tempting and many times, to admit we fell into the jar, eating candies, desserts that raised our blood sugar levels and changed our behavior.

But after the process of growth and maturation we give up this appetite? The answers differ and are visible in each of us daily:

There are people who have carried on this lust and become experts in the field, renowned chefs;
They are overweight people who can not control their appetite even today and feed theirselves with more and more food;
At the other extreme there were people who wanted to get rid of the appetite and extra pounds that had lost too much, and consider food a fierce enemy;
There are people whose metabolism works in their favor, and as much as they eat, they do not deposit kilograms, still enjoying the variety of foods;
There are people like me :-), who controls their drops and ranges for a healthy lifestyle and no extra pounds.

Examples are countless, situations are infinite. It remains at our discretion what foods we add to the daily menu and where we want to fit. It is important to choose the right way to lead a peaceful and healthy life with your loved ones.
